Shipping

For UK orders: We ship with Evri and DHL, depending on the location of your items at the time of packaging. We will try to dispatch your items the same day, but we cannot guarantee it if the order is made after 2pm. Please allow 3-5 working days after dispatch for your order to reach you. If you have not received your item within 7 working days, then please contact us. Taxes and duties may be payable upon delivery.

For Kenyan orders: We ship via Motorbike (within Nairobi) and Wells Fargo. We will try to dispatch your items the same day, but we cannot guarantee it if the order is made after 2pm. A member of our team will be in contact with you directly to organise this. 

For International orders: We ship using DHL, usually taking between 7-14 business days. However we cannot guarantee the shipping time as sometimes imports get delayed at borders. Taxes and duties payable for international orders upon delivery.

For East African orders (outside of Kenya): Please contact Ben's Originals directly before placing your order. We may be able to arrange a courier (e.g: Wells Fargo) for delivery.
