Due to the way our fabrics are cut, every product is slightly different and unique. This makes your Ben's Originals bucket hat a 1 of 1!

All our Bucket hats and Boonies are made from a 100% cotton fabric known in Kenya as Kitenge. Kitenge is a traditional African wax print fabric, known for its bright, vibrant patterns. 

Please only hand wash or cold wash our products, due to being 100% cotton they shrink when washed in hot water. 

All our Bucket Hats and Boonies are hand made in Kenya by our team of tailors.

EXTRA SMALL/ KIDS: 19-21 Inches Circumference 

SMALL: 21-22.5 Inches Circumference

STANDARD: 22-23 Inches Circumference

LARGE: 24-25 Inches Circumference

EXTRA LARGE: 25-27 Inches Circumference

To determine your bucket hat size, use a cloth measuring tape to measure around your head just above your eyebrows (approximately where you’d like your hat to sit). If in doubt choose a larger size!

Delivery & Returns

For UK orders: We ship with DHL, with an expected shipping time of 3-5 working days after dispatch. We will try to dispatch your items the same day, but cannot guarantee it if the order is made after 2pm. 

For Kenya orders: We ship with Wells Fargo, with an expected shipping time of 3-5 working days after dispatch. For orders within Nairobi, your items will arrive the same day by motorbike. 

For International orders: We ship using DHL, usually taking between 5-10 business days. However we cannot guarantee the shipping time as sometimes imports get delayed at borders. Taxes and duties payable for international orders upon delivery.

We accept all Kenya returns. Will cover all return costs for any products that arrive damaged or have a defect. However if the product simply doesn't fit, we will ask you pay the return postage fee.

All other returns will be treated on a case by case basis, as costs are high to return an item. Send us an email and we will get you sorted.

All returns must be in a new, re-sellable condition.
